Dave, the hippie-ish character seen here in the blue shirt, magenta bandana and gold necklace, is ostensibly George's cousin although neither are quite sure how, exactly. Still, Dave has been a part of George's life for decades, despite being a few years older than he is. Dave is a seldom-employed inventor who lives in his modified 1978 Volkswagen Bus, which, as his greatest possession, is his pride and joy. He keeps it maintained in good condition, as it must also double as his home most of the time, although you'd never know it by how much time he spends in George's house.
Greg, who used to have very nice hair (time ravages us all) is a computer programmer who has been, along with his friend and neighbor Rob, obsessed with technology since the mid-1990s. Time has been--while not cruel, exactly--perhaps unkind to Greg in some ways, as not all of us are blessed with the touch of Providence at all times. Time will tell if he is still successfully working as a programmer or if he's still as enamored by tech as ever.
